•  Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or Relevant Fields;
•  Hard-working and honest;
•  At least two years of work experience in relevant fields;
•  Have a good knowledge about Cambodian job markets;
•  Computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
•  English literate; and Chinese is a plus;
•  Be able to solve problem and work under pressure;
•  Be creative and willing to go extra miles;
•  Be able to communicate well within team and across the team;
•  Be able to work as a team;

• Oversee and inspect the process of document filing and data recording;
•  Assist in increasing the qualified candidate pool;
•  Lead on technical and office staff interviews;
•  Prepare monthly recruitment reports and other related important administrative letters;
•  Do all related admin work such as verifying the new staff checklist, recording the recruitment information of the newly recruited employees and produce other relevant reports;
•  Collect the probation work plan from direct supervisor/manager of newly recruited employees;
•  Lead on recruitment flyer/notebook/material preparation and printing;
•  Facilitate conducting job exhibitions and other events;
•  Provide presentations about the company profile when there are job orientations or events;
•  Other tasks assigned by the recruitment manager.
