•  Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written (must be able to write reports)
•  Computer fluency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•  Good interpersonal skills must be able to communicate well with staff
•  Excellent communicator with impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role
•  Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem-solving and an ability to negotiate across the various levels of any construction environment
