•  A bachelor & degree in accounting or a similar skill
•  More than 3 years of work experiences;
•  Good planning and numeracy skills
•  Good oral and written both English and Khmer communication skills;
•  Aptitude for working with computer systems
•  Able to be flexible and work under pressure
•  Be Honest and responsible toward the job
•  Able to work independent.

•  Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies;
•  Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
•  Leading purchase team to deal with internal work and purchasing material.
•  Forecast price and market trends to ensure the balance between buyer-supplier;
•  Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers;
•  Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
