Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field

2 years experience in software development lifecycle including requirement gathering and implementation and 1 years as Business
-
Analyst to support critical applications and services
-
Experience in supporting Core Banking Systems and related third party applications
-
Experience in Financial Serivces Industry (Banking, Microfinance, etc) is an advantage
-
Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC methodologies and best practices
-
ITIL professional certification
-
Basically understanding of Operating Systems, Networks and H/W platforms
-
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Capture and specify specific intended behavior of the system being developed by analyzing the business activity and process to propose solution as well as compare solution to system possibility.
-
Promptly review and provide comment on business requirement document to ensure that it is understandable and it responds to real business requirement.
-
Timely and clearly to analysis the business requirement and translate the business requirement into functional requirement.
-
Be the entry point for functional requests (changes or new components/modules) from Business Departments to IT Department; organizing and owning the functional requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, deployment and overall application/services sign-off between Business Departments and IT Department.

Be an account manager to care all concerns from respective departments.

Ensure all requests from all departments are recorded in application portfolio correctly and provide sufficient information.

Coordinate, consult and lead the request to align the business priority and strategy.
