•  Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration;
•  At least two years of work experience in the field of marketing or sales; those who have background in the real estate leasing industry are preferred;
•  Be able to communicate in Khmer and English effectively; knowing Chinese would be an added advantage;
•  Flexible, hardworking, and honest;
•  Those who live around Chroy Changva are encouraged to apply;

• Help the manager to prepare advertising plans and strategies to promote brand and images of Chroy Changva City;
•  Help organize and run activities which can contribute to promoting business activities in Chroy Changva City;
•  Contact business owners to set up their businesses in the city;
•  Help the manager develop marketing plan:
•  Conduct market research to get insight understanding of other leasing properties;
•  Use the knowledge to attract business owners;
•  Help create and design advertising materials;
•  Help check and verify all leasing agreements, amendment, renewal, termination, and other relevant documents; 
•  Handle complaints relating to leasing and build rapport with vendors;
•  Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
