• University  in Banking  Finance, Accounting, Business,  Economics.
• Have  year  as auditor  the microfinance/ banking/ audit sector  an advantage.
• Possess highly developed analytical  and creative  analyze  operation.
• Knowledge  accounting  auditing principles/standards,  familiarity  various  systems  applications.
• Must possess highly developed analytical  and  ability  think creatively  ways  analyze MFI’s operations.
• Having good interpersonal skills
• Being keen to learning new things
• Good command of Khmer and English
• Being able to travel out of the city

• Assist Internal Audit team in investigating suspicious misconducts or frauds
• Obtain evidence through examination of records and direct interviews with staff, clients, other related third parties
• Collection  necessary  and  of risk profiling.
• Preparing draft internal audit correction action  on his/her findings  discuss those deficiencies/ findings  management.
• Coordinate  Operation/Finance Audit Officer  any urgent issue  concern identified  the branch being audited.
• Identifies and communications issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
• Ensures that each department complies with internal policies and find the weakness points in policies and procedures to provide recommendation.
• Follows up with each department after recommendations have been provided.
