• Must have related University Degree (e.g. Human Resource, Business Management)
• With minimum five years’ experience in the same capacity
• OR Equivalent career in an HR Consultancy firm as Consultant.
• Experience in recruitment, systems development & controls, management, negotiations, payroll, and performance measurement, preferably in the construction sector
• Experience working with a wide network of employees, Top Management and Stakeholders
• Experience in identifying and analyzing issues and providing advice and recommendations to a range of different audiences
• Recent experience in policy development and a sound understanding of Cambodian government’s framework.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of CMEDCC’s Management Philosophy.
• Be willing to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
