• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good leadership and team management 
• Experiences in sale data analysis 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Merchant and Customer Acquiring
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skill
• Able to communicate technical issues and effective presentation skills

• Good command of English and another language will be a plus.

• Initiate sale strategy for both merchant and customer acquisition team.
• Develop sale promotion in order to attract merchant and agent partnership. 
• Monitor daily sale dashboard to achieve annual sale target. 
• Conduct training on sale service and product promotion to team.
• Analyse return on investment on each sale channel to improve sale performance. 
• Coach staff for team development plan and personal development plan monthly.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure all projects are on track and complete on timeline. 
• Recruit new team and train to performance tasks upon required. 
• Investigate fraud document and provide a proper solution to fix issue. 
• Report to digital business manager.
• Perform any other additional duties/matters ancillary to the above that may be assigned by the Superior.
