Job Requirement :
  • BBA in marketing, business communication, public relation, English literacy or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years experiences in customer services and help desk capacity required;
  • Experience or knowledge of microfinance and banking industry is preferable;
  • Very good business communication skill in both Khmer and English;
  • Self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skill and selling skill;
  • Good relationship with the public and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good at problem solving and complaint management skill;
  • Good understanding in computer skill; and
  • Willing to regularly travel to provinces.
Job Duties :
  • Develop and update customer service policies and procedures;
  • Manage, lead, and mentor a team of customer service staff to ensureefficiency and effectiveness of their performance;
  • Act as a key trainer enhances with all customer service training for Head Office and Branch staffs;
  • Analyze key management information to see how well customers are being served;
  • Improve customer service experience, in LOLC;
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service at branch level;
  • Conduct branch visit regularly for checking up customer service implementation of branch staff and find can-improving area for recommending to management and producing report; and
  • Lead or implement any of LOLC customer service campaigns as required from Head of Marketing.
