Phnom Penh Municipal Cable Television (PPCTV) was established in September 1995. PPCTV owns and manages the most advanced Cable TV Operation in Cambodia. PPCTV is a well established Cable Service Operator and Internet Service Provider that offers a wide variety of consumer products and services in Phnom Penh, Kampot province and Kampong Som province.

•  Fluent in C#, .NET, ASP.NET
•  Good communication, able to work together in a team
•  Bachelor Degree of IT/ Other relevant degree
•  Understand English both in writing, understanding and speaking
•  Good communication skill
•  Willing to learn new technology, software and be self-motivated.

•  Work closely with other members of the Development Team
•  Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions
•  Company will train new technology to candidates
•  Code prototyping, UI/UX design
•  Build reusable code and libraries
•  Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
•  Optimize application performance
•  Participate in the team workflow and processes, technical review, meeting and discussion
•  Conduct code review and testing
