HLH Group was founded in Singapore on 4th September 1988. Through-out the past 28 years we have grown from strength to strength, including being listed on the mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange since 2000. We have also expanded our group operations into the Cambodia market since year 2008.

The Management have decided on the direction of the company over the next 10 years, we will focus primarily on land acquisition for property development projects as well as agriculture investment in Cambodia. Our goals for the future include investing in more affordable housing projects and become one of the largest developer of residential, commercial and industrial projects in Cambodia.

• BA/MBA Degree a MUST in Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management or Construction, Science from an International recognized university.
• RTO, IES, BCA
• To execute tasks using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro. V-Ray Plug-in and Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design. 
• At least 5 years’ experience related to architecture/construction management
• Experience in drawing up detailed design for site works and the coordination with building workers 
• Strong Project Management skill & Creative
• Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill 
• Must be able to lead a team on projects
• Highly organized, flexible and initiative
• Very good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
• Able to work at Sihanoukville

• Designs projects and/or review architectural, engineering and MEP plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
• Advises Subcontractors on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary.
• Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications related to the project.
• Control over building or construction materials, structural, mechanical and electrical system codes and methods of application.
• Reviews Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
• Works with design team and management on and space planning, conceptualize possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals.
• Provides advice and develop design documents to initiate and modify architectural, interior design and space planning solutions.
• Performs design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.
• Monitoring and control finish selections including color palettes, flooring and wall finishes, lighting and other various selections relating to M&E, Landscape and Interior.etc.
• Perform site Inspection and chairing the site meeting with the contractors and consultants if necessary.
