• Draft or produce documents, letter, briefing papers, reports and Presentations
• Maintain President’s data management, documents and filling
• Organize appointment and meeting schedule for President
• Arrange and monitor the President’s daily, weekly and monthly calendar to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Act as general contact point for the President and greet President’s visitors
• Receive, screen, summarize and prepare incoming requests, letters, reports and other documents for approval by President
• Participate and record minute meeting, business related discussions and other similar activities between the group management and partners
• Other duties assigned by President.
