•  Minimum of 2+ years of sales Supervisor experience with strong record
•  Strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills
•  Self-motivated, committed, resilience and persistence
•  Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Admin, or other related field is preferred
•  Good at speaking and writing English would be preferred
•  Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•  Willing to learn new things and to be creative or innovative
•  Build up team spirit

 Deal Customer Relationship 

•  Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
•  Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
•  Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
•  Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
•  Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
•  Approach potential customers to establish relationships
•  Gain solid knowledge of competitors
•  Building positive relationships with customers
•  Assisting with generating new business
•  Identifying opportunities for greater profits

 Management Sale skill 

•  Manage attendance sale team
•  Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
•  Make sure all services event prepare are on time. 
•  Monitor sale them report 
•  Manage and Lead Sale Force by providing Instruction and solving problem to ensure
• Team Member- can deal with tenants and customer in effectiveness.
•  Make sure all sale team have services and product services knowledge 
•  Provided professional, timely, accurate responses to inquiries from all sale personnel. 
•  Recommend/ Propose areas for improvement in the sale team function. 
•  Performance other related duties as assigned by Sale Marketing Manager or Top Management
