•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales or 
•  Marketing or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
•  At least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Marketing or a related field.
•  Knowledge of market research

•  Knowledge of finance Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
•  Strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
•  Strong communication and excellent customer service skills

•  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
•  Ability to effectively manage paperwork and administrative work

• Work with sales managers from all business units of Chip Mong to devise sales out-reach strategy that represents all sales of Chip Mong, including but not limited to Cement, steel, RMX, roof tiles and pipes as one.  
•  Coordinate among sales managers to produce depot visit materials package that contain information for all Chip Mong Product portfolio.
•  Work with sales managers from all business units of Chip Mong to establish a well-coordinated depot and project visit schedule, ensure that in each visit, each key product of Chip Mong is properly presented both in terms of sales person and sales and marketing materials  
•  Work with Sales Supervisors to ensure that depot and project visit schedule is effectively implemented.
•  Monitor the effectiveness of the sales activities, measuring how each visit enhances the customers understanding of the group products and service and with the impression of an integrated well-coordinated sales force.
•  Act as a liaison between various branches and business units and customers to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
•  Actively seeking feedback from depots and all other clients and communicate it to relevant team for improvement.
•  Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategies
•  Produce sales reports on progress of different departments and outline any developed strategies to improve
•  Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material with new and innovative ideas
•  Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
•  Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
•  Provide constructive feedback, recommendations and solutions to those problems in sales team
•  Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events as well as new marketing campaigns
•  Ensure adherence to company laws and policies
•  Perform other duties as assigned
