•  Bachelor degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
•  Good persuasive selling and relationship development skills
•  Written and spoken English at intermediate level 
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and personal presentation
•  Must be able to work independently and under pressure.

• Do daily distribution and quality check of our products within a specific territory 
•  Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
•  Maintenance and build good relationship with outlets/consumers
•  Ensure all the outlets are merchandised 
•  Actively promotion our products and be alert on competitor activities
•  Any other tasks will be assigned by superior from time to time
