• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain 
•  At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in manufacturing industry
•  Knowledge of supply chain management 
•  Knowledge of statistics
•  Knowledge of forecasting methodology
•  Knowledge of cost accounting
•  Knowledge of manufacturing process 
•  Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
•  Strong presentation and written communication
•  Experience in using ERP/Planning system such as SAP or FuturMaster
•  Able to communicate and present in English clearly

•  Able to prepare understandable slides regarding issues and scenarios

•  Language requirement: Khmer and English

• To review and approve production and supply plans based on demand forecasts, finished goods stock level, capacity constraints, raw and packaging materials availability and work force availability. 
•  To review and optimize production capacity based on long-term planning (18 months)
•  To plan with production on yearly maintenance schedule and adjust schedule to meet demand requirement.
•  To check and provide production capacity and limitation to S&OP process for forward planning.
•  To control and manage finished goods stock at optimum level.
•  To control and manage safety stock.
•  To ensure update of weekly supply requirements for both beer and soft drink forward looking 18 months.
•  To highlight supply constraint during weekly and monthly S&OP cycles.
•  To provide alternative options (scenarios) related to production based on supply or capacity constraints
•  To ensure update of production planning by SKU for 18-month forward looking
•  To provide data on cost savings to S&OP coordinator
•  To provide planning KPI’s such as inventory stock level and day 
•  To back up for S&OP coordinator during absence
•  To provide support to end users on daily operation of SAP PP.
•  To support Finance on setting up standard product costing in SAP.
•  To training and coach team to develop their competency to achieve higher performance and become successor based on their potentials.
•  To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve whole supply chain operations.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.
