SOVANNAPHUM LIFE ASSURANCE (SVL) Plc is a joint venture Company between Canadia Investment Holding (CIH) PLC., the holding Company of Canadia Bank Plc, and Muang Thai Life Assurance (MTL) PCL from Thailand.

SVL Plc was granted full license as a life insurance Company by Ministry of Economy and Finance on 24 December 2015, and started operations in 2016. With strong support from both shareholders, plus the use of “customer centricity” to understand the behavior of the Cambodian customers, SVL will be able to develop the right products and services to fulfill the specific need of Cambodian customers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management or the equivalent degree. 
• Experience in sales: At least 3 years of consultative sales experience
• At least 2 years sales management experience 
• Recognized credible experience as leader
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals
• Understand basic insurance concepts

• Plan and execute sales strategies for individual corporate sales target.
• Manage Salesforce to do work-site marketing at potential company by providing individual financial service to the employee.
• Execute and run various of sales events monthly and make sure that the conversion is under control.
• Conduct meeting and training with Salesforce to make sure that monthly conversion is on plan.
• Provide weekly and monthly report of sales and take part to provide any solution on any immediate sales issues.
• Collaborate closely with related sales department to make sure that there are referral group cases, then take opportunity to meeting and converting.
• Train new insurance advisors as necessary. 
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Be able to travel for provincial meeting when being appointed.
• Controlling any changes or updates of competitors in the market.
• Any additional tasks will be assigned by direct supervisor, head of group sales.
