of KCC worldwide Group. The company produces Decorative Paint, Architectural Finish, Marin & Protective Coating, Polymeric Flooring System, and Functional Coating.

Job Description :

 Job Purpose
In the country of kingdom of Cambodia to promote and sell Decorative to Project and Retail market and to make sure will be achieve the company target strategy by2018.

No. of employees 15: sales people 10 (sales Depot & Project Sales) Specify 2,3

Formal Responsibilities
The position has to responsibility for the decorative paint & Protective Coating According to the organization, this clarifying to understanding of roles, objective, work tasks and the result.
** Job Results
Leading the team to sales direct & indirect to project by attending the biding with all big project and to promote KCC Tinting Center to all Construction Shop, Hardwar shop, and attend to dealer enquiries, complaints, stocking and ordering and build up close co-ordination with marketing team on the marketing activities and campaigns to sales budget. Handle timely collections by monitoring on customer ageing to reduce day outstanding. Co-ordinate with customer service to ensure prompt delivery of paint.

Job Requirement :
  • Advanced College Bachelor’s Degree 4- 6 year relevant experience
  •  Postgraduate studies master’s Degree 1-3 year 
  •  Education and experience 
  •  Salas , marketing, Finance, Administration, Research & Development, Technical Service, Engineering/Management or related fields
  • Specific Skill and capabilities:

  •  Basic Pain Knowledge
  •  Basic Site Inspection

  •  Good English communication and Chinese is plus

Job Duties :
  •  Submit weekly action plan report on 1th day of working day of the week to GM
  •  Submit monthly report by latest 3rd day of the month without fail to GM
  •  Ensure subordinate submit weekly plan report as above guideline
  •  Be a sales consultant to customers rather than order taker
  •  Be a coach to his subordinate and regularly joint visit with them and to their customer.
  •  Establish potential project market, land mark project, key project management, and Key account management.
  •  Maintain good relationship and service with existing dealers, developer, constructors & Specifies & attend customer complaints.
  •  Ensure customer pay on time by coordinating with Account Dept. and weekly follow up and monthly meeting with sales staff.
  •  Promote product to painters, architects and owners and Govt. Agencies and actively engage in SCS-KCC exhibitions & sell IN/Sell Out campaign.
  •  Coordinate with KCC Malaysia to solve any problem of paint and marketing sharing.
