Job Description :

Sales Manager (Chinese Market) is to build and maintain good relationship with new & current merchants, key partners and implement sales and business strategy of the company in his/her assigned area. He/she will manage his entire team in achieving the targets and following the directives of the Head of Sales & Business Development.

Job Requirement :
  •  Fluent Khmer and Mandarin (speaking, writing) is a must
  •  At least 4 years of work experience in Sales
  •  Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, good leadership, analytical, strong communication, planning and implementing skills and networking. 
  •  Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of organizations 
  •  Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
  •  Familiarity with Chinese mobile payment apps is required (Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc)
  •  A willingness and demonstrated capacity to operate in a complex, matrix environment with multiple, often conflicting demands
  •  Proven ability to establish, maintain and develop good business relationships with high profile merchants and customers
Job Duties :
  •  Set yearly sales target break down by month and by segment (Chinese Market) in line with overall sales & business development strategy 
  •  Oversee recruitment and training of Chinese merchants and clients 
  •  Build good relationship with key accounts, handling key merchants as a projects manager from time to time and on case by case 
  •  Manage and guide team independently on daily basis on planning, proposing, and execution of merchant development program 
  •  Improve communication level in and cross department as well as external communication towards other parties
  •  Conduct regular meetings (as needed) to update sales, distribution, competition, post-event evaluation, brainstorming, strategy and future direction
  •  Make sure all agreements are executed in an organized and structure manner, with timely delivery of tasks to relevant parties 
  •  Provide full support on general projects and merchant development program, including staff and merchant trainings
  •  Other tasks required by Head of Sale & Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer from time to time
