•  At least 8 years prior experience managing a large sales team in a fast-moving environment
•  Masters/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field
•  Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•  Results driven
•  Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
•  Good command of Khmer and English language
•  Proficient in MS Office
•  Able to work to strict deadlines and pressure

•  To oversee, visit and support calls (where appropriate) with key merchants to better understand their respective business drivers and work with them to drive revenues 
•  To work with merchants to implement loyalty program schemes, activities and other key initiatives.
•  To provide full support for sales and business development projects and merchant development program across respective sales departments.
• INCREASING SALES & DISTRIBUTION
•  Drive sales and merchant acquisition and deployment – both on-line and off-line. Ensure delivery of Board-approved KPI’s across all departments and regional locations.
• Reporting
•  Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and other reporting requirements as assigned by management.
