Graduated BBA or MBA degree in the field of Marketing, Business, Management, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience at least 5 years of experience in a financial or banking institution. From financial leasing institution is a plus.

Experience developing and implementing strategic and operational plans for financial institutions in term of sales or credits
-
Good organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
-
High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field and under pressure
-
Good interpersonal, communication and training skills the Ability to manage the young and enthusiastic subordinates and motivate them to get job done efficiently.

Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders
-
Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
Responsible for design or develop the sales plan, strategic and other regulation in order to push sales speed, volume and long term grow.
-
Supervise all sales activities, loan applications process, and coordinate training /coaching activities to improve their technical skill effectively.

Make sure that at least two or depend on actual situation events have been organized from year to year by working with marketing department.

Responsible for the research to evaluate the customer satisfaction levels of new products in every quarters by working with marketing department.

Responsible for corporate communications designed to deliver a brand-consistent massage and enhances existing business relationships and heightens awareness of the company; and provides leadership in the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs.

Working with Head of Operation, Operation Manager, Marketing Manager and relevant departments to achieve the company milestones as stated in KPI.

Evaluate the results of overall sale activities control and management regularly and systematically to develop, control and analyze all loan disbursement, application assessment and its process.

Build strong rapport not only with all kind of customers but also staff under your supervision to ensure that overall sales operation and enjoy with working environment.

Do all report relate to sales activities and department to Head of Operation.
