Job Description :

This is a merchant relationship role in Pi Pay’s commercial department with responsibility for supervising Merchant/Agent quality and relationships and training in the designed areas. The primary challenge for the incumbent is maintained the growth of the portfolio with a new & challenging concept. The incumbent will need understanding on new concepts of technology to ensure integration enhancement of the customer and Merchant/Agent experience. The success of the role will be measured in achieving target of merchant/agent performance, and company revenue and objective.

Job Requirement :

At least 8 years prior experience managing a large sales team in a fast-moving environment
Masters/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Results driven
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Good command of Khmer and English language
Proficient in MS Office
Able to work to strict deadlines and pressure

Job Duties :

KEY PARTNERSHIPS

To oversee, visit and support calls (where appropriate) with key merchants to better understand their respective business drivers and work with them to drive revenues
To work with merchants to implement loyalty program schemes, activities and other key initiatives.
To provide full support for sales and business development projects and merchant development program across respective sales departments.

INCREASING SALES & DISTRIBUTION

Drive sales and merchant acquisition and deployment – both on-line and off-line as well as to ensure to meet sale's target/KPI.
Reporting
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and other reporting requirements as assigned by management.
