•  Experience in real estate industry in preferred
•  At least 4 to 5 years experiences in Sales & Marketing
•  Marketing and sales planing knowledge
•  Well-developed sale skills
•  Creative and flexible in work
•  Honest and strong commitment
•  Communication skills in English essential, both oral & written
•  competent in Microsoft Office

• Develop sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the company revenues.
•  Mange and monitor sales teams
•  Create strong business relations with customers
•  Build up relations with existing customers
•  Often visit customers and promote products
•  Find prospective customers
•  Plan and prepare sales report
• Train, Manage and motivate the sales team
•  Other tasks as required
