Job Requirement :
  • Degree holder (preferably in Civil Engineering / Sales and Marketing or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial role in the related field
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
Job Duties :
  • Plan and execute departmental annual business plans and operating budgets and proactively monitor and control daily operational activities to deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement departmental medium to long term business strategy through exploiting competitive advantages and differentiation to maximize sales, profitability and market share growth.
  • Strategize and implement sales tactics, tools and processes to improve hit rate, salesmanship, market acceptance and customer relationship.
  • Review and enhance work processes including sales by improving time, cost, and quality effectiveness to enhance overall productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by staffs to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and to monitor customers' preferences.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the Sales Department.
  • Supervise Sales Executives to carry out their duties and responsibilities in maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in achieving sales target for individual Sales Executives as well as entire division
  • Recruitment matters
  • Assign sales territories, set sales goals, and establish training programs for the sales executive.
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
