•  Bachelor degree of Marketing/Management or other related fields
•  At least 2-3 year-experience in sales training or related fields
•  Motivate, positive attitude, pro-active and teamwork oriented
•  Good communication & Interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work with deadline report
•  Good English communication

•  To develop skill-up program
•  To develop sales skill to reflect the change market competition and challenges in a timely manner
•  To conduct sales training to all new comer and refreshing existing one
•  To genba the site sales approach or talk on a regular basis
•  To support sales and marketing in the development of sales tools to be used by sales
•  To perform other task or projects as assigned by Marketing Manager/GM.
