To cope with the rapid business expansion for our institution and clients, we are seeking to recruit high motivated team to join our dynamic team for the position:

Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor degree in any field of study
  •  One year-based experiences in selling field
  •  Good presentation & excellent communication skills
  •  Positive & Pro-active spirit
  •  Perfect grooming
  •  English language skill required; additional language beneficial
Job Duties :
  • Basic Information
  •  Duty station: Phnom Penh
  •  Work schedule: Full-time job, with competitive compensation package
  •  Duration: One-year contract including three-month probation, and renewable
  •  Salary Range: 250$ to 400$
  •  Reports to: Senior Sales Supervisor
  • ** Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  •  Employ knowledge of services in providing appropriate response to client enquiries and also in assisting with the resolution of customer issues or complaints
  •  Sells training course of AML Soft Skills by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  •  Make sure customer connection by phone call, email and FB message
  •  Hospitality, greeting to customers walked in
  •  Direct sale by meet customer, phone call, and chat
  •  Follow up customer’s need
  •  Direct contact to LSI fan page
  •  Make good relationship with our clients
  •  Make sure sale target are achieved
  •  Respond to sales inquiries by providing support, information, and guidance;
  •  Listen any complaint and concerns from customer by phone, electronically or in person; and report to Senior Sale Supervisor to seek for solutions
  •  Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  •  Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  •  Maintains relationships with clients
  •  Collect, analyze, and interpret sales records to obtain information useful in preparing reports
  •  Report to sale supervisor
  •  Another task assigned by direct Senior Sale Supervisor
