•  At least 1 year of work experience in sales or marketing 
•  Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, analytical, strong communication, planning and implementing skills and networking.
•  Multi-lingual (English, and Chinese) is required. 
•  Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
•  Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and limited deadline
•  Flexible to travel

•  Increase the volume of sales to meet the sales target.
•  Maintain relationship with new and current merchants 
•  Ensure collection of documents and merchant business requirements within the set timeline
•  Handle merchant/agent and customer questions
•  Gather feedback from merchant and customer to develop recommended solutions for business improvement
•  Follow call card consistently according to standard working procedure.
•  Promote and position Pi Pay marketing and merchandising materials according to standard.
•  Monitor and escalate any upcoming merchant promotion
•  Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market. 
•  Maintain and prepare reporting for the assigned areas.
