•  Bachelor Degree in the field
•  Experience in real estate industry in preferred
•  Good in English, know Chinese or other languages is plus
•  Good communication and negotiation skills
•  Willing to work inside and outside office
•  Strong in problem solving
•  Knowledge in Ms. Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•  Honest, Friendly, Independent and flexible
•  Can work under pressure

•  Make a cold calling to target clients and have a face to face meeting
•  Manage own time and schedule
•  Create and maintain leads to achieve targets
•  Conduct CMA ( Comparative Market Analysis)
•  Build good relationship with clients
•  Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal
•  Identify client's need and offer the best solution
•  Be a mediator between sellers and buyers
•  Can work inside and outside office
•  Keep update real estate knowledge and market
•  Other tasks as assigned by manager
