•  Bachelor degree in Economic field or other fields related. 
•  Proven coordination and implementation skills for over 1 years 
•  Ability to think laterally and creatively.
•  Strong Excel Microsoft and be able provide analysis of business performance 
•  Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of organizations 
•  A willingness and demonstrated capacity to operate in a complex, matrix environment with multiple, often conflicting demands. 
•  Proven ability to establish credibility and maintain and develop good business relationships with high profile suppliers and internal customers. 

+ Merchant/Agent Support

•  Arrange the logistics of the delivery of the merchandizing for provincial merchant/agent
•  Process merchant/agent commission, incentive and fees.
•  Assist sales department in admin tasks
•  Ensure merchant/agent in the system is accurate and up to date
•  Communicate liquidity performance and sales report to sales team every day.
•  Provide approach to sales team on the customer/merchant/agent performance after generating sales analysis report.
•  Submit the reconciliation expenses for sales department and coordinate between finance and sales team.
•  Other tasks required by Chief of Sales and Distribution Officer

+ Merchandising Materials Inventory 

•  Ensure stock of merchandising Materials by working closely with operation team
•  Coordinating POS terminals between operation and sales team
•  Keep track all the contract of merchant/agent and related docs
