VTJ Cambodia Co., Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Suspended Ceiling and Drywall solutions (including Suspended Ceiling Grid, Drywall frame, Gypsum Board, and Roofing sheet system) in Cambodia. Our target customers include wholesalers/distributors, installers, investors, sub-contractors and end users in Cambodia.

• At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative, Sales, Marketing or other related fields,
• At least 02 years working experience in Sales Admin/Sale Account or other related fields,
• Be able to use Sage Accpac ERP system,
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Be able to use English for official communication,
• Computer literacy (MS. Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail), 
• Be honest, committed and responsible. 

• Receiving sale order from sale representatives,
• Requesting open entry from AR (Sage Accpac ERP system),
• Issue OE, DO and Invoices,
• Follow up and filling customer’s signatures on DO and invoices,
• Cash collection from customers during sale indoor,
• Contact cash collector for cash collection,
• Prepare daily sale report and submitted to AR officer, 
• Keep inform into What’s App,
• Double check Sale Order Vs OE , Product price in price list by on each areas,
• Other tasks assign by Supervisor.
