Job Requirement :
  • Must be a smart Person
  • At least 5 years experience related with Sale and Marketing
  • Highly organized, responsive, efficient, independent and proactive in our fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and desire to support others.
  • Ability to independently complete tasks and report back in a timely manner.
  • Ability and desire to initiate improvement to existing processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) with intermediate level (or greater) experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Good command of English or Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
Job Duties :
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Create and develop programs for sales and ensure its implementation. This can be done by developing action plans for field sales.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions
  • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price
  • Oversee company’s sales performance at regional levels
  • Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation
  • Schedule occasional meeting with regional managers
  • Keep current with demand and supply of company’s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors
  • Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary adjust the price of selling
  • Discipline employees when necessary
  • Monitor and give appraisal to the activities of  sales team
  • Review professional publications
  • Establish personal networks across all regions
  • Participate in professional societies
  • Recruit and train sales employees for effective delivery
  • Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities.

Marketing Responsibility:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
