Job Requirement :
  • Good at management skill, team work, negotiation skill, strong commitment and high motivation
  •  Has experience in selling bus, mini bus or similar product at least 3 years
  •  Hard working and flexible, planning skill
  •  Good relationship with customer
  •  Be able to work under pressure and go to province
Job Duties :
  •  Establish parts department objectives, plans, budgets and policies. (As Job title, task which created in job description)
  •  Determines parts sales plan, methodologies and reporting
  •  Maintains an accurate inventory planning and control, to prevent shortages and obsolescence
  •  Conduct perpetual inventory checks and annual counts as per management guideline. (Daily check and Ground stock count)
  •  Develop pricing strategy to maximize profits without sacrificing sales.
  •  Maximize use of all order discount program and return program within management guideline.
  •  Supervise bus section staff to provide the highest level of service to customers (Internal and external).
  •  Develops and maintains competitive compensation and intensive program for all bus job functions
  •  Maintain the price competitive versus competitors
  •  Develops and executes the marketing plan for the Bus section and monitor it regularly
  •  Provide the guideline (Coaching) necessary to develop additional skill, job effectiveness and efficiency.
  •  Conduct regular meetings with the bus group personnel to compare performance with standards and goals. (To be One Step ahead)
