•  Guiding team member on stock arrangement and monitoring the expiry date of merchandise.
•  Ensuring merchandises are arranged properly on the shelf
•  Assisting customers to find the merchandise that they are looking for
•  Briefing staff on new merchandises, promotion and out of stock items
•  Ensuring the cleanliness of own sales area
•  Ensuring merchandises are fully display of all categories with correct price label.
•  Participating in stock taking and investigation of own department according to company policy.
•  Ensuring the subordinate to provide good customer service and managing the sale floor. 
•  Observing and identify customer’s needs of product range and opportunities.
•  Other duties will be assigned by Management
