Job Requirement :
  • Education: Mandatory: University/ Associate degree in the field of Medical – Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, or equivalent qualification.

** Experience & knowledge:

  • Experience:
  •  Minimum 1 year experience in sales (fresh graduated from Medical background is alsoaccepted)

** Knowledge:

  •  Health environment
  •  Products
  •  Customers and pharmaceutical industry
  •  Demonstrate communication level of English
  •  Computer use: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.

** Skills:

  •  Good selling skills
  •  Hard working
  •  Good communication skill
  •  Team spirit
  •  High responsibility and commitment.
Job Duties :
  • To make sure those sales objectives fixed for every territory achieved by visiting different target
  • customers: treatment sectors, Retailer and optimising allocated means.
  • ** SUPERVISED RESOURCES (Sales, budget, headcount...)
  •  Product portfolio sales: full range of Sanofi products (OCT & Ethical)
  •  Number of products: according to team
  •  Ensure to achieve the sales objective and relationships with partners by:
  •  Focus and update customer data
  •  Ensure the covering and right frequency of visits of target
  •  Convince and establish privileged relations with target Health Operators in order to achievesales
  •  Promote and sell Sanofi products to target audiences based on action plan and marketing plan
  •  To update knowledge of our products and get competitor’s intelligence such as price,strategy and plan as well as sales techniques and perform competitive intelligence
  •  To ensure link and transmission of information to line Management
  •  To propose new actions to develop our sales
  •  To analyse sales figures of his territory, measure gaps and define an action plan
  •  To deliver and report promotional tools on his or her territories
  •  To organised and attend the public relation’s events
  •  To send daily, weekly, monthly report/plans of sale operation to line manager
  •  To report optima and other reports on time
  •  To implement Marketing Plans
  •  Taking part in the seminars, round tables, Product group meeting, building partnership,product discussion held by sanofi .Other tasks from direct hierarchy.
