•  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
• At least 2 year experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis,
• Knowledge and understanding of construction market, especially on competitors’ movement.
• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skill, able to handle difficult business situation and able to negotiate well.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market information.
• Be able to respond well to pressure
•  Good command of English, written and spoken and computer literate

• Sales &marketing plan activities to implement the target and report result
• To achieve sales target and expected performance area.
• Follow the sale plan to visit the customer.
• Prepare marketing collateral for sales and marketing purpose. .
• Build good relationship with the customers.
• Exploring ways of improving existing products and services
• Prepare market intelligence report and market price survey.
• Studying competitors' products and services
• Help the Company to achieve short and long term business growth.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager or company
