•  Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Management or related filed
•  More than 3 years work experience in MFI or Banking
•  Good communication and interpersonal skill
•  Confident, Flexible and Creative
•  Good in English communication
•  mBe able to work under pressure with high sense of confidentiality
•  Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.

** Benefit:

•  Salary (800~1200 USD)
•  Work from Monday to Saturday (Work Only 5 days per week, basic holiday is Sunday and one more day is rotation)
•  Gasoline allowance 30$ per month, motor parking provides by company
•  Bonus depend on company policy.

•  Design and implement a strategy 
•  Lead team to achieve the big profit and expand new clients
•  Report directly to line manager and solve the customer problem / complaint 
•  Research and analysis clients and competitor
•  Provide supporting / Motivating to sale team 
•  Formulate sales policies and procedures
•  Oversee the activities and performance of the sales
•  Perform other task assigned by line manager
