Introduction :

Daun Penh Medpharm (DPM) is a subsidiary company of Daun Penh Cambodia Group (DPCG). DPM is active in importing and distributing pharmaceutical, OTC, and medical consumable products in Cambodia. DPM imports products from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany and India. As part of its local distribution network, an international standard “Western Pharmacy” serving the highest quality of medical products, supplies and equipment with professional codes of conduct.

Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or Marketing 
  •  3 years minimum of sales and marketing experience
  •  Honest, accountability, Hard-working and sense of responsibility
  •  Computer knowledge Microsoft office, internet & email
  •  Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Duties :

1. Technical abilities: 

  •  Develop a sale and marketing plan monthly and yearly including sale forecast and reports.
  •  Develop client mapping for both provinces and cities including product training.
  •  Conduct quarterly competitor analysis using different tools.
  •  Focuses sales efforts by studying of customer need and type of customer.
  •  Present and sell company products to current and potential customers.
  •  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  •  Responsible for development and achievement of sales through the direct channels.

2. Managerial and leading abilities:

  •  Lead sale and marketing teams to sale and promote monthly, quarterly and annually. 
  •  Analyze the sale and identify the challenges regarding pricing, schemes, sales, promotion. 
  •  Lead and manage the staff to the field.
  •  Keeps management informed by submitting activity and sale reports such as daily call & customer visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly plans.
  •  Perform other tasks as assigned. 

3. Interpersonal communication

  •  Build trust, value others, communicate effectively and high integrity
  •  Maintain professional internal and external relationship that meet company core values
  •  Participates in several social activities.
  •  Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
