• Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role at least 03 years
• Proficiency in English
• Can speak Chinese is preferable 
• Excellent communication with all level of people include government officer
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques and patient

• Promoting new high technology product [Smart Street Light] to potential customer 
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs 
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through government institution and private company by good communication, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with government officer or potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products [Smart Street Light] to customers
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales 
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences or any related event
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Design the project and strategy for pushing Smart Street Light to world market
