i. Education & Certification:
• University degree in marketing/sales, IT or related field
ii. Experiences & Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in business to business sales of internet services or other IT related services / products
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
iii. Attitude:
• Able to speak English/Chinese/Thai and others is advanced 
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
• Be open for traveling and field works
• Good written and spoken English, or other languages

• Manage existing Major customers assigned
• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments
• Promote the new potential customers with the new promotion packages. 
• Assess customers need and provide assistance and information on the products features
• UP sell assigned services to customers
• Call existing customers at least one per week to maintain good relationship with each customer and visit customers from time to time
• Work with technical support to resolve issues raised by customers
• Weekly report of customers issues to Management
• Build productive trust relationship with customer
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Needs to prepare various reports based on the customer feedback and share them with the senior officials.
