Borey Vimean Phnom Penh, under Ly Hour Group, is a well-known company focusing on residential building construction since October 2011 and has been building different types of houses such as Single Villa, Twin Villa, Link House, and flat.

•  Bachelor Degree on Engineering or Architect
•  2 or 3 years experiences in construction site inspection
•  Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality cost and technical work
•  Be able to calculate structural with useful application (Auto CAD 2D &3D or Robot structure analysis and Microsoft Office)
•  Be able to calculate specification material and check the quality of work.
•  Be honestly and hard working
•  Can find fact with the problem and raise the solution it
•  Able to work independent and start work by yourself
•  Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings

•  Push up selling and marketing activities to meet the selling target of the company; 
•  Show customer types of houses and model house, prices, and other buying conditions;
•  Seek for more targeted customers by building network with people and keep good relationship with existing customer;
•  Negotiate prices and conditions with customer and give update to managers;
•  Coordinate with Architecture department in case there is redesign request from customers;
•  Work closely with Site Engineering in order to speed up construction process and share suggestion or demand of customers;
•  Assist to prepare sale agreement and other relevant document such as reselling, deposit, deposit write-off, house transferring, etc.;
•  Participate in promotion event such as sharing leaflet;
•  Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
