• Both male and female (age 22-38)
• Bachelor Degree in Sale Marketing or related to fields
• At least 2 years’ experience in related sale real estate
• Fluent English communication skills. (Chinese Mandarin is advantage) 
• Computer skill such as Word, Excel, Email, etc.
• Working with tenants to make them happy, and work to get new tenants.
• Negotiating Skills such as Sale Property Management 
• Strategic, analytical and good organizational skills
• can work well under pressure
• willing to learn and flexible.
• Strong commitment and honest
• Good social behavior and appearance; must have an attention for details; common sense and good judgment; and Problem solver and hands-on.

• Promoting Property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
• Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
• Provide guidance and assistant seller and buyers
• Determine client’s needs and financial abilities.
• Follow up Lead calls and site inspection client.
• Sending out details of new properties on the market to clients on your database
• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
• building their own network of agents for property sales
• Renders other services and tasks assigned by Sale Manager/ Operation Manager
