We're currently seeking quality dynamic self-motivate and dedicate candidates to full the position As Sale Agent(Male and Female=4 position)

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relate fields
• Experience in real estate industry is preferred
• Good in English, know Chines or other language is plus 
• Strong in problem solving 
• Knowledge in MS, office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Honest, friendly, independent and flexible.

• Make a cold calling to target client and have a face to face meeting
• Manage own time and schedule
• Create and maintain leads to achieve targets
• Build a good relationship with client and owner
• Conduct CMA(Comparative Market Analysis)
• Identify client's need and offer the best solution
• Report to CEO and summit it into system 
• Other target assigned 
• Quality candidates will receive basic salary incentive commission
