• Cambodian Nationality
• Graduated Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent
• Above 30 years old
• Over 3 years experience as Safety Manager
• Organizational, project management and planning skill, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Ability to function independently in a team
• Self-motivated
• Understand about construction site
• ·         Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels
• ·         Good communication, problem solving, fast and efficient worker
• ·         Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working
• ·         Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
• ·         Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer
• ·         Good computer skills in Microsoft office, Auto Cad 2D
• ·         Salary will offer based on qualification and experienced

• Responsible for occupation safety and safety management
• Coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations
• Organize and monitor safety training and education programs, ensure that training records are maintained.
• Arrange a work environment that support a safe and health
• Provide safety induction to all newcomers and visitors
• Perform safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment and implement corrective actions and improvements
• Control safety workers at the site and Stop the work if some workplace/actions are or become unsafe
• Enforce safety measures at all time and prevent accidents from happening
• Investigate and report on all incidents
• First aid arrangement
• Fire prevention
• Planning and development
