SOHO Diversified Group is seeking a qualified individual to fill the positions of Retail Operations Assistant Supervisor, Brand Manager & Marketing Executive.

Job Requirement :
  •  Good command of written and spoken English
  •  Eager to learn new things, flexible and possess a can-do attitude
  •  Able to define issues and propose solutions
  •  Able to accept challenges and work under pressure 
  •  Good interpersonal skills, friendly, confident and communicative 
  •  Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related programs
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Duties :

 Sales Management

  •  Ensures sales targets are achieved at all times
  •  Submits monthly sales performance and analysis reports. 
  •  Develops and implements actions plans for the achievement of targets. 
  •  Conducts market and competition surveys. 
  •  Computes and assigns individual sales targets for each staff on a monthly basis and monitors individual achievements. 

 Inventory Management in store level. 

  •  Order stocks from warehouse to shop floor.

 Operations

  •  Ensures that the store maintains and implements all operational standards and procedure at all times. 
  •  Ensures that the merchandising is in accordance of VM guidelines. 
  •  Ensures store preparedness for Sales Events and other mall related activities. 
  •  Ensures that all required records, logbooks, and other store documents are maintained and updated. 
  •  Discusses operational concerns with mall operators. 

 Personnel Management

  •  Conducts weekly staff meetings in accordance with the standard meeting agenda. 
  •  Prepare staff weekly schedules to ensure sufficient manpower at all times. 
  •  Formulates monthly staff sales targets using the standard sales target template. 
  •  Coordinates manpower requirements to ensure immediate filling-up of vacancies. 
  •  Conducts interviews for staff applications. 
  •  Investigates incidences of theft and other highly sensitive violations against operational standards and code of conduct. 
  •  Counsels staff on work performance. 
  •  Accomplishes staff performance appraisals. 
  •  Attends to employee injury or illness. 
  •  Issues disciplinary actions on erring staff. 
  •  Approves application for leaves of absences and undertimes, implements overtime of staff when necessary. 
  •  Recommends staff promotions.
