• Degree or relevant professional qualification with 2 years or above banking sales experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of banking practice & financial products
• Experienced in working with clients on corporate and institutional level
• Favorable track records in sales or demonstrate ability to achieve strong sales performance
• Focused and highly achievement-orientated
• Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, communication skill and customer service orientated
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess your own transportation to meet with clients
• Able to communicate well in English & Chinese is an added advantage
• Demonstrate ability to establish service culture
• Good product knowledge and selling skill
• Experienced in brand building and awareness of consumer needs and behavior
• Pleasant and clean appearance

• Grow Customer portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationship
• Retain existing highly valuable customers
• Analyse financial requirements of customer and match with products offering
• Work effectively across geographic borders with customers to deepen relationship
• Offer holistic consultancy and advisory service to key client in portfolio
• Solicit new to company and new to product leads
• Consultative selling of multiple products to customers base on identify needs
• Turn Recovery into sales opportunity
• Analyse and review potential business
