S/he will own Revenue Management topic within the company, acting as an independent RM advisor/manager for the business. Drive the Company Revenue Management agenda, aiming for constant maximization of Revenue and Profit through.

•  Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields.
•  Minimum 3 years in different areas of HR, especially recruitment with at least 2 years’ experience.
•  Fluent English

•  Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
•  Experience of working with and coaching managers
•  Some background of using recruitment/HR systems

• Managing the recruitment process for each vacancy including job specifications, advertising both internally and externally, interview guides, assessment, reference checking and offer.
• Working with the hiring manager to complete the job specification, identify the most effective sourcing means, short listing and determining the final selection. 
• Manage all candidates communication internally and externally in Recruitment System
• Conduct psych testing when required and providing feedback to candidate and hiring manager.
• Generating employment agreement, letter of offer to successful candidate. 
• Responsible for managing the recruitment related spend across the company
• Coordinates new hire orientation program, including proposing new initiative to ensure the well contented and timely general on boarding program.
• Additional duties may be assigned by Human Resources Business Partner when deemed necessary.
