• Answer the telephone and transfer them to appropriate staff members.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing.
• Prepare letters and documents.
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
• Register prospects and channel them to the membership department
• Build a good rapport and relationship with all of our members and guests
• Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner to maintain and clean all equipment
• Other duties as assigned.
