•  Bachelor’s degree in HR management, tourism and hospitality, business, education or a related field.
•  At least 1-2 years of experience in an organizational setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
•  Knowledge of front desk management and customer service 
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Basic to Intermediate English proficiency
•  Ability to work independently and as a team.
•  Ability to work under pressure

•  Provide general administrative and clerical support including, but not limited to, answering telephone queries, providing relevant information to clients, recording and registering walk-in customers, taking and relaying messages, and receiving and sorting in-mail delivery.
•  Monitor visitors’ access and maintain security awareness.
•  Co-ordinate meeting room bookings and catering for company events.
•  Ensure all office supplies and equipment in each meeting room are always available.
•  Monitor office equipment inventory.
•  Ensure the showroom and reception area are clean and tidy at all times.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.
