• Delivering information to visitors including all services
• Registering new students
• Recording all calls
• Good communicating with parents
• Keeping students’ reports
• Keeping and reporting students’ absence
• Guiding guests to the right office
• Making documents related students’ information ( using Ms Words and Ms Excel)
• Contacting students for a reason of their absence
• Making an appointment with guests
