• Year 3  or year 4 student in Business Administration or relevant fields
• Good in English
• Ability to identify issues and solutions
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Friendly and Flexible, self-motivation and self-decipline
• Good in application of Microsoft office

• Provide information to customers by calling, email   
• Greet persons entering Company and direct persons to correct destination
• Prepare meeting rooms
• Assistant Finance & Accounting team to process document
• Assistant HR & Adim tasks
• Other duties as per assignment  by supervisor
